Scholarship Art Show Competition
Overview
We’re excited to host an interactive Student Pop-Up Art Show Competition as part of the festival. This scholarship opportunity celebrates young creatives who blend music, performance, and visual art into experiences that inspire the community. Students will design a pop-up art installation that is interactive, expressive, and rooted in what inspires them as artists.
The winner will receive a scholarship award (Amount: TBD) to support their education in the performing arts.
Who Can Participate
This competition is open to:
High school seniors, or
1st- and 2nd-year college students
Currently enrolled in a performing arts or creative arts program, such as:
Music
Dance
Theater / Acting
Spoken Word / Poetry
Digital / Creative Media
Performance Art
(or related performing arts disciplines)
About the Pop-Up Art Competition
Students will create a pop-up art experience inspired by:
✨ what moves them
✨ what they believe in
✨ what creativity means in their lives
Your installation should be interactive, meaning guests can engage, respond, or participate in some way.
Examples include (but aren’t limited to):
Music-inspired visual art installations
Performance-based or movement-based art spaces
Sound + art fusion experiences
Audience-participation art walls or stations
Sensory or immersive environments
We encourage you to be bold, expressive, and meaningful.
How Voting Works
Guests will visit each student’s pop-up installation during the festival.
Each guest will cast a vote for the work that inspired them most.
Votes will be counted at the end of the event.
The student with the most votes will receive the Scholarship Award.

The scholarship is designed to support educational expenses for students continuing their journey in the performing arts.

Students are responsible for set-up and tear-down
Space size and setup time will be provided in advance
